The "OPR-1500" is a pavement freezing detector that can measure even when a single laser beam may cause a malfunction, thanks to its multi-point scanning type. By measuring the pavement height and reflected light intensity with a laser scanning sensor, and measuring the pavement temperature with a radiation thermometer, it determines the pavement conditions (frozen/snowy/wet/dry/slushy).
